Joseph Blackmer is a paralegal at Liss & Shapero. Joseph was born in Big Rapids, Michigan and is a graduate of Central Michigan University where he earned a Bachelor of Science in English, and History, with a Minor in Geology.
Joseph joined Liss & Shapero in April of 2009. His work focuses on legal research and writing, written discovery, as well as serving as a liaison between clients and the attorneys. Prior to joining Liss & Shapero Joseph was employed at Xerox, where he authored numerous training manuals, instructional booklets, and technical and procedural guidebooks. His primary client while at Xerox was none other than one of Michigan’s “Big 3.”
Joseph lives in Rochester Hills with his wife, devoting his free time to their new home, writing a novel, and the study of Kung-Fu.
